Dr. Sharma completed his residency and fellowship training at The University of Virginia. He is board certified in adult psychiatry as well as child and adolescent psychiatry. Dr. Sharma served as Medical Director at FMRS Health Systems, Inc., a Community Mental Health Center, Chief of Psychiatry at Beckley Appalachian Regional Hospital and Medical Director of Adult Behavioral Unit at Medical City McKinney Wysong. He has been in practice since 2005.
Dr. Sharma’s interests include mood and anxiety disorders in adults, ADHD and disruptive behavior disorders. He strives to optimize academic performance in children who are lagging behind in their potential and innate ability due to a variety of causes, including school refusal. Dr. Sharma has a passion for helping abused and traumatized children reintegrate and readjust to social life and lead normal, productive lives. He has been an advocate for providing the best available treatment and resources for children with mental retardation and Childhood developmental disorders, including Autistic spectrum disorders.

Heather’s clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents and adults with attention deficit disorders, mood disorders and anxiety disorders. She is a member of the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants and is nationally certified as a Physician Assistant

Stefani has clinical experience working with children, adolescents and adults with attention deficit disorders, mood disorders and anxiety disorders. She is a member of the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants and is nationally certified as a Physician Assistant.

Desiree Holbert comes from a military family. She began her college education at Abilene Christian University. After graduating with her bachelor’s degree in nursing, she continued her journey as a nurse for eleven years before pursuing her master’s degree at Walden University. Desiree is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Due to her background, Desiree takes a comprehensive and individualized approach. She provides psychiatric services for children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.
Outside of work, Desiree enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys.
Victor Zamora, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Victor is a board-certified, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and provides psychiatric assessments, evaluations, and medication management to patients of all ages. Victor obtained his Bachelor of Science from the University of Arlington, and his Master of Science degree in Nursing with a specialty in Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner studies from Walden University.
Victor is passionate about providing support, and guidance to his clients as well as creating a comfortable, supportive space for discussion. He also places a strong emphasis on patient-provider collaboration, working with the client to determine how to best achieve their goals.
